 How To Place An Order
Here is how to place an order.
- Simply select the gift you want and put it into your shopping cart and begin the checkout process.
- SHIP TO - This needs to be where the gift is shipping to, this information you will get from the order your customer placed with you. Select the shipping carrier and method you wish to have this gift shipped.
- BILLING INFO – This needs to be YOUR BILLING INFO, not your customers. Your customer is paying you, you are paying us.
- CREDIT CARD PAYMENT – Before we can process any order, payment must be received.
- EMAIL NOTIFICATION – This is the email address the order acknowledgement and the shipping notification is being sent to and should be YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. Your customer doesn’t need to know that you pass your orders on for fulfillment.
- COUPON CODE - Use your coupon code to initiate your discount. Use your code given at sign up to have this order count toward your monthly requirements.
- GIFT MESSAGE – We handwrite all messages. When it is too long, we simply include a packing list with the complete message.
- PLACE ORDER - Push the "SEND ORDER" button.
Once you’ve completed the order, you will have an order number in which to refer to and immediate confirmation that we received the order. Once the gifts are shipped, your tracking information is automatically sent to the email address provided during the ordering process.
Additional Assistance:
Upon occasion you may find that you inadvertently entered an order wrong or your customer has made a change in their order. We would like to assist you quickly as possible with these changes. It is a time consuming process on our side to ensure that all facets of your order has been updated with the pertinent information and corrections. Therefore we have initiated timed guidelines and fee structure to any changes to your existing order.
ORDER CHANGES PRIOR TO 3:00 PM (Mountain Time)
$1.00 - $5.00
- Changes can be made to your order anytime up to 3:00 PM Mountain Time by simply contacting us at BisketBasketsDropShipping (at) gmail (dot) com and providing your order number and the change(s) that you are requesting. Our procedure will be to manually correct any shipping/billing address for a fee of $1.00.
- Changes to gift message, product, and coupon code/discount can not be made manually and therefore the order must be cancelled where you may re-enter the order using the corrected information. The fee for us to cancel the existing order is $1.00.
- If you are unable to re-enter the order with the necessary changes due to personal situation (ex. at work, no time to do so...) we will cancel and re-enter your order for you with the provided changes for a fee of $5.00.
NO ORDER CHANGES AFTER 3:00 PM (Mountain Time)
- We are unable to provide changes in your order at this time. Shipping labels are being printed, shipments are being picked up and our day is coming to a close. All orders are considered finalized and will stand and shipped as ordered; no adjustments will be made. Also at this time all orders are being processed and no billing adjustments will be made after this time, this order is considered closed (no refunds or adjustments) .
- Any changes to the delivering address will be addressed as permitted through each carrier and will be addressed the following business day. When possible, we will initiate any intercept or redirect procedures
