Payment is required at time of shipping.
Guarantee & Return Policy
At BB Dropshipping, we strive for excellence in all aspects of our business. However if your client is not satisfied with their purchase or gift, please contact us at BisketBasketsDropShipping (at) gmail (dot) com within 3 business days of delivery (day package is received is day one). Due to the perishable nature of many items within gift baskets it is important for any issues to be brought to our attention immediately. We will do everything possible to correct the situation. If a refund is deemed necessary, it will be issued to you our drop ship member (not your customer). Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. All returns are done at your client’s expense.
If you are approved for a return, the following must be met:
- Gift must be UNOPENED and UNDAMAGED.
- Gift must be returned at customers expense.
- Must include RA# with return.
- Once gift is received back in our facility, we will determine if the above requirements have been met. Any refund will be issued to you our drop ship member at your discounted price (no refund on any shipping costs). It will be your responsibility to refund your customer.
Returns must be received by us within 14 days of original purchase.

Absolutely no refunds on any packages returned or refused for any reason without prior authorization and RA#. Any unauthorized returns using our UPS account will be charged to your card. Please have your customer return a package at their expense to avoid this additional fee.

Pricing Policy
The price shown is the Suggested Retail Price. Resellers may determine their own selling prices on gifts.
Sales Tax Policy
BB Dropshipping does not require a Resale Certificate or Sales Tax License to become a member. Therefore any sales delivered within the State of Colorado will incur sales tax. BB Dropshipping will be responsible for collecting and remitting all taxes due. Colorado State Sales Tax is 4.1%, those deliveries within Town of Parker (zip codes 80134 & 80138) will incur a 8.1% sales tax. For tax free orders shipping to Colorado, please fax or mail a copy of your Resale Certificate for our files. We will send further information on how to place orders upon receipt.
Hospital & Hotel Deliveries Policy
Deliveries to hospitals and hotels are NOT RECOMMENDED. Since their deliveries normally go to a general receiving department and then get routed to the recipient’s room, we do not guarantee these deliveries. Sorry, no refunds will be given should you decide to ship to these types of locations. Therefore if you place your order with a hospital or hotel delivery address, we will assume you have taken all this into account. Instead of a hospital delivery, we highly recommend that you ship to either a nearby family member if possible or to the patient’s home address.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled with no fee up to the time the actual order has been designed and processed. If the gift has been designed we are forced to charge a restocking fee of $25 minimum or 15% of the retail cost which ever is greater. We design every gift after the order is placed therefore we cannot simply set the gift back on a shelf for the next purchaser.
It is very difficult to find one box in a mass of boxes but we will do our very best to prevent the order from shipping. During busy holiday seasons, this is near to impossible!
Substitution Policy
BB Dropshipping will make every effort to supply products as represented on our website. Upon an occasion, it may be necessary to substitute containers or ingredients to fill your order. BB Dropshipping will not be required to make an adjustment or to communicate to Merchant that a substitution was necessary. During the hot summer months all chocolate and melting items will be substituted with non-melting items.
Damages Policy
BB Dropshipping does not provide any additional insurance on any package at the time of shipping therefore we are held to the rules and guidelines set forth by the carrier.
All claims for damage must be received by us within 3 business days of delivery. The day the gift is delivered is considered day one. We will only accept a written fax as notification of your claim of damage. Our fax number is: 303-862-9042
BB Dropshipping may elect to issue a call tag for this damaged shipment. If we are unsuccessful in obtaining the gift using this procedure no refund or credit will be issued. (Repackaging instructions will be provided to you.) Please be prepared to provide proof to the carrier and/or BB Dropshipping of the damage that has occurred. The taking of photos and retaining all packaging materials should be available if the carrier requests proof of damage.
Either you or BB Dropshipping can initiate a clam with the carrier. If the carrier pays the claim to us we will reimburse you up to the value of the product and original shipping. We are unable to issue you a credit until the claim has been paid to us. Normal waiting time is 4 – 6 weeks. The credit if any will be applied to the credit card on which the product was originally purchased.
BB Dropshipping will not automatically send you a new product for replacement as it is not our policy. If you wish to reorder this gift it will be necessary to do that by placing your order online and issuing payment for the replacement gift at that time.
