NOTICE
We are in blizzard conditions today here in Parker CO. We have over 8 inches of snow already on the ground and the snow is falling at 2-3 inches per hour. We wanted to update you with not only an additional sold out item, but with weather delays being experienced in parts of Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. Below is the UPS Service Update. Additional locations may be affected with the passing of this winter storm throughout the country.
Heavy snow in parts of Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas is causing unavoidable service delays due to hazardous road conditions in the affected areas.
UPS is committed to making every effort to provide service to all areas where conditions permit safe access. As for our location here in Parker Colorado, it is COLD, about 20 and has been snowing for awhile, we have about a foot of snow on the ground (beautiful) and it is expected to continue snowing throughout the day. At this time we are not expecting any delays with our shipping of gifts and will proceed as normal.

Thanks for the orders you are sending our way this holiday season! It is too early to tell yet but signs are leading us to believe that this year could be another great year with holiday gift baskets or people may just be shopping early this year. We are experiencing the need for some substitutions because of this upturn in holiday sales.
Substitution Policy
BB Dropshipping will make every effort to supply products as represented on our website. Upon an occasion, it may be necessary to substitute containers or ingredients to fill your order. BB Dropshipping will not be required to make an adjustment or to communicate to Merchant that a substitution was necessary. During the hot summer months all chocolate and melting items will be substituted with non-melting items.
Because of the success of this holiday season so far, we are beginning to find the need to make substitutions within our gifts. As always, we focus on replacing sold out items with that of the same type (cookies for cookies ect.) of equal or greater value.

MULTIPLE GIFTS SHIPPING TO ONE LOCATION:
Please be reminded that each gift must ship separately. Therefore if you have multiple gifts shipping to the same location it is recommended that you place each order separately. Those multiple orders placed on a single order will have the shipping adjusted to reflect the correct shipping prices. No additional notice will be sent.
GIFT MESSAGES:
Please be sure to double check that you have included a gift message on the order. Even if the client did not include one, consider adding your clients name to the gift message so the recipient knows who to thank. (Example: From Jane Doe)
ADDRESS CHANGES:
Should you be made aware of an address change, please forward that information immediately. This is a perfect time to use the "URGENT" title in the subject line! We cannot guarantee that we will be able to find the gift once the order has been received in time to correct it; we will attempt to. Those gifts shipped with an incorrect address are subject to the rules of that carrier. UPS will attempt to contact the phone number provided on your order (recipient) to attempt delivery. Should UPS be successful, additional service charge of $15 will be applied to your card on file. If UPS is unable to reach your recipient or if the package is undeliverable at all and returned to us, UPS applies a return cost of that gift equal to the cost to send. If your gift was shipped using USPS; we are unable to correct the address until the package is returned to us.

PEAK - SEASON SERVICE GUARANTEE POLICY:
In keeping accordance with the carriers' policy the following update applies during our busiest of holiday seasons.
Consistent with the carriers' provisions of the money-back guarantee; all guarantees are suspended for U.S. packages along with outbound packages into Canada with a delivery commitment of Tuesday, December 06, 2011 or later.
UPS recognizes Dec 26 & Jan 2 as a UPS Holiday. Therefore there is no movement of any packages tendered to UPS. Expect a 24 hour delay in package movement/delivery.
PRODUCT SELL-OUTS:
Please keep a close eye on your email as we will do our very best to alert you when gifts are sold out. We may be able to substitute one or two products for another should you have an order after the notice, but please be aware that if there is a "special" item like the sleigh container is the reason for the sell out we cannot replace the sleigh with another like item; the container will be substituted with another container and no monetary adjustments will be made.

BB Dropshipping was informed on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 from the bakery we were using for the cookie bouquets that they have decided to not dropship the cookie bouquets anymore and instead go a different direction. This notice is effective immediately. In light of this action we are respectfully requesting that you remove their products from your website as quickly as possible. At this time, we are unable to place any additional orders with them due to this announcement.
We do apologize for this inconvenience and we do understand the amount of work you have spent in putting their product on your website. We as well spent a great deal of time working with this company in our efforts to bring their product to our site for everyone to use plus the added time of loading their images and copy to our website for your use. This has come as unexpected news to us however we must yield to their decision and remove their products as well.
BB Dropshipping will resume the task of searching for a cookie bouquet company to help fill this void in our product line. Once again we apologize for this inconvenience.

Dear Members,
We are making some changes at BB Dropshipping in regards to our cookie bouquet line. Since the Christmas holidays, we have had a few issues with our present bakery so we began researching and taste testing and working with several bakeries trying to secure a replacement for this vendor. Today, we are happy to announce we have found a NEW BAKERY making cookie bouquets that will be replacing our present line. They are a fresh new look and are really quite fun and unique. Once again this is a NEW bakery and BB Dropshipping is pleased to be working directly with them on your behalf.
The reason for changing bakeries is three- fold. First is the over marketing of this product. It has been mentioned by the bakery to have over 10,000 companies selling their product; this is further exposed by the popularity of their cookie bouquets all over the internet. With this level of saturation, it is not difficult to see how a potential client may see your website as repetitive as to carrying the same product as thousands of others and when this happens, they usually move on to another store.
Secondly, is for our inability to have them ship our orders as a blind shipment. What does this mean to you? Their name is on the box at all times and we cannot monitor the advertising or marketing materials placed inside the gift. These two items are not good practice for those wishing to offer a dropshipping service however their cookie bouquets were popular and we accepted their terms and passed on their services to our members. (The previously stated items are fully disclosed in our Cookie FAQ's)
Finally, the bakery has issues with our members carrying additional bakeries on their websites and made them choose theirs or the competitors. We do not wish to go further into this situation to protect all involved, but we feel that competition is good for everyone and they or anyone else should never dictate what you can carry on your websites so this was a huge factor for us and we felt the need to explore our horizons with alternate cookie bouquet bakeries around the USA.
Here are just a few exciting things our new bakery will do for us. The return address will be a generic return address label "Cookie Distribution Center" with their physical address as required by all carriers. A packing list with their name on it CUT OFF so there will be no way to tie the bakery to the gift which should help in return sales to your company. In addition, our new bakery feels competition is good for everyone - already carrying another bakery item? AWESOME! Want to carry more of a variety of baked goods? You're free to load your store with your desired products! BB Dropshipping doesn't mind, and now neither does the bakery!
We will stop ordering from the original bakery at the end of August 2011. Any orders placed in our system will be forwarded to them but we encourage you to begin the tedious process of deleting all items that begin with "CC" as they will be discontinued from our program on August 26th. Below you will find many new cookie bouquets to take the place of those you are deleting. There will be more to come as they come available including holidays. Please remember this is a NEW bakery and design center and it will take some time to expand their bouquet line but they are on a great start.

We are now offering a new shipping option, NEXT DAY with ICE PACKS. For an additional $10 we will add ice packet(s) and insulation to your Next Day shipment to help minimize your order from melting. (Adding additional ice and insulation to a shipment is only available for Next Day service.)
Chocolate will melt in the heat! To minimize this we highly suggest using the NEXT DAY AIR with ICE PACKS service when shipping Chocolate to warmer climates (75 F or above). We can NOT guarantee your gift will not melt once it leaves our facility. Should melting occur, please place gift in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours and enjoy.
Notably our summer months are when we tend to use this option but our neighbors in the south experience much warmer weather throughout the year. Therefore we are making this option available all year long.

Dear Members,
"Due to the Canadian Postal Strike, Canada Post has informed the U.S. Postal Service that the suspension of mail delivery to Canadian address will last until at least next week." In light of this notification, we are now forced to ship all Canadian shipments via UPS which is a more costly service to everyone. AT THIS TIME we have increased our "Ground to Canada" cost an additional $10 to cover UPS's cost to ship there and are not accepting any "Express to Canada" shipments at this time. When this strike is over we will reduce the shipping costs again to their previous level and will reinstate the Express to Canada shipping. (If your client is intent on shipping Next Day to Canada, we can determine that cost at the time of order.) For those members who have orders already in the system they will be shipped as ordered.

As a reminder a gift does not need to have the words "Father's", "Dad" or "Father's Day" on it to be suitable for use as a Father's Day gift. We are hoping you all are getting a brief break in the winter weather throughout the country and the renewed feeling that spring is just around the corner! With spring comes Easter, then Mother's Day, both pretty good holidays for gift giving. Presently we are working on new designs at this time for those holidays.
As you remember a few weeks back we suspended the sales of the candy bouquets due to the fantastic sales and we literally ran out of the components to make the bouquets so we were forced to halt sales. Since we have brought the product back in, we began to update our pricing schedule and have found it impossible to adhere to the pricing of these bouquets as displayed; so we have adjusted the pricing on all our candy/chip bouquets. In addition to the adjusted prices you will find we have added additional sizes and updated the "stick" count for these bouquets. Please adjust your websites to reflect all the updated changes.
